Tower

You're in the tower of the Victorian house. The view is fantastic. A large mirror, identical to the one you saw depicted in the entrance hall, stands in a corner of the room. But there's no magic. It's just a regular mirror. However, on closer inspection, you find a mechanical device attached to the back of the mirror. It's missing a cogwheel. You can:

• go downstairs
• fix the device, only if you have a cogwheel, a toothpick and a plier
